The service

TripTrick helps you organize trips and track flights. Flight status and destination information come from third-party sources and are provided for convenience only — they may be delayed or inaccurate. Always confirm flight details with your airline.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for the content you add. An account is optional; without one the app runs locally on your device.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access other users' data, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that flight data, reminders, or sync will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripTrick is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any missed flight, connection, or booking arising from reliance on information in the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend access if these terms are violated.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Apple App Store

These terms are between you and the developer of TripTrick, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.

To the extent permitted by law, any claim that the app fails to conform to a warranty may be directed to us, and Apple's only obligation on a valid claim is to refund the purchase price, if any. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law grants you stronger rights.
